- Participation in the course is personal. However, in case you are suddenly prevented to attend, you can be replaced by a colleague free of charge, provided PAO is informed in writing in advance.
- Cancellations are accepted in writing only. Fax or e-mail is acceptable.
- Participation is under the condition that the payment of the course fee has been received.
- In case of bank transfer, the participant should bring a document from the bank proving that transfer has been requested.
- For cancellations received up to one month before the start of the course, we charge € 60 administration costs.
- For cancellations received later than one month before the start of the course, we charge the full course fee.
- PAO preserves the right to change the programme.
- PAO preserves the right to cancel the course in case the number of participants is not sufficient. In this case PAO will reimburse the course fees.
- PAO does not accept responsibilty for theft or loss of properties during the course.
- The number of participants is subject to a minimum and a maximum. Registrations are accepted in chronological sequence.
- Participants who have attended the complete course, receive a certificate as a prove of participation.
